Jeffrey F. Hamburger

Jeffrey F. Hamburger (born 1957) is an American art historian specialising in Medieval religious art and illuminated manuscripts. He is currently the Kuno Francke Professor of German Art and Culture at Harvard University. Hamburger received his B.A., M.A and Ph.D from Yale and has previously held professorships at Oberlin College and the University of Toronto.
