Jamar Dontarius Adams (born November 29, 1985 in city-state|Charlotte|North Carolina) is an American football safety who is a practice squad player for the Seattle Seahawks of the National Football League. He was signed by the Seahawks as an undrafted free agent in 2008. He played college football at Michigan.
