William "Bill" Horsman (12 December 1908 – 1982) was an English professional footballer.

Born in Doncaster, South Yorkshire, Horsman played as an outside right for Birmingham, for whom he made 78 appearances in the Football League First Division, and for Chester, whom he helped to runners-up spot in the Third Division North in 1935–36 [cite web |url=http://www.fchd.info/CHESTER.HTM |title=Chester |work=Football Club History Database |publisher=Richard Rundle |accessdate=2008-04-09] and to the final of the Welsh Cup in the same season, [cite web |url=http://www.wfda.co.uk/welshcup_final_detail.php?id=55 |title=Welsh Cup Final 1935/36 |publisher=Welsh Football Data Archive |accessdate=2008-04-09] before his career was prematurely ended by the outbreak of the Second World War.
