Bluegrass Heritage Museum is a museum in Winchester, Kentucky.

The museum contains information ranging from Eskippakithiki Indian, to Daniel Boone and Boonsboro, up to today. The museum contains items from long ago, such as medical equipment and farm equipment.

The museum rests in between downtown Winchester and residential neighborhoods. The building’s is a three-story tower.

History

Bluegrass Heritage Museum is a former medical clinic. The earliest owner of the building was well respected physician, Dr. Ishmael. He opened his office in 1887 and practiced medicine up until his death in 1920. Then in 1927, Dr. Edward P. Guerrant opened the building and turned it into the Guerrant Clinic and Hospital to treat the local residents of Clark County.
