Henry John McMahon (December 19, 1886 - December 11, 1929) was a RH starting pitcher in Major League Baseball who played briefly for the Boston Red Sox during the 1908 season. McMahon was born in Woburn, Massachusetts. He attended College of the Holy Cross.

Little is known about this pitcher who played for the Red Sox in their inaugural season. McMahon was a major leaguer whose career, statistically speaking, was only slightly different than that of Moonlight Graham or Eddie Gaedel.

McMahon was 21 years old when he entered the majors on October 6, 1908 with Boston. He started against the New York Highlanders at Huntington Avenue Baseball Grounds and collected a 11–3, complete game victory, allowing three earned runs (3.00 ERA), 14 hits and three strikeouts without walks over 9.0 innings of work. He helped himself with the bat, hitting 2-for-5, and never appeared in a major league game again.

McMahon died in his homeland of Woburn, Massachusetts, eight days short of his 43rd birthday.
