Ken Shipp

Ken Shipp (born February 3, 1929 in Old Hickory, Tennessee) was an offensive coordinator and receivers coach in the National Football League and briefly the head coach of the New York Jets during the 1975 season. He assumed the job after the firing of Charley Winner, who was 2-7 on the season. The team was 1-4 under Shipp. [cite book |last=Sprechman |first=Jordan |authorlink= |title=This Day in New York Sports |publisher=Sports Publishing LLC |date=1998 |pages=324 |isbn=1571672540]
