East Siang is an administrative district in the state of Arunachal Pradesh in India. The district headquarters are located at Pasighat. The district occupies an area of convert|4005|km2|sqmi|0 and has a population of 87,430 (as of 2001).

Various tribal groups of the Adi people live in various parts of the district. The local people traditionally follow Donyi-Polo, although a sizeable minority have been converted to Christianity.
