28th Tony Awards

The 28th Annual Tony Awards was broadcast by ABC television on April 21, 1974 from the Shubert Theatre in New York City. Hosts were Peter Falk, Florence Henderson, Robert Preston and Cicely Tyson. The theme was "Homecoming," where stars from TV and film returned to Broadway to help present the awards or perform.
