Jakarta-Merak Toll Road AHN-AH|2 (also known as the Banten highway) is the second toll road to have been constructed in Indonesia, subsequent to the Jagorawi Toll Road in 1981. Operated by Marga Mandalasakti, the road connects Jakarta and Merak harbor, which further connects by ferry to Sumatra island. The road passes through Tangerang, Cikupa, Balaraja, Kragilan, Ciujung, Serang, Cilegon, and Merak.

The toll road has two parts. Part 1 is from Tomang to West Tangerang (operated by PT Jasa Marga Tbk) and part 2 is from West Tangerang to Merak (operated by PT Marga Mandala Sakti).
