Dave Mayhew (skateboarder)

David "Dave" Mayhew is a retired professional skateboarder and a member of two of the ‘super-teams’ of the late nineties (the A-Team and then Enjoi), due to his fluid technical ability. He quit skateboarding professionally to run a skateshop back in his home town of Madison, Wisconsin. Rumour has it that he was able to do this due to the success of his pro-model skate shoe made by Osiris, the D3. Dave designed the shoe himself and it has become the best selling skate shoe of all time.[1]. He is now living a vegan lifestyle.
