"Wie is... de Mol?" ("English": Who is... the Mole?) is the Dutch version of The Mole. The first four seasons were regular seasons with unknown people. After the break in 2004, all participants in the following seasons were Dutch celebrities.

The program ia about 10 candidates, inluding one Mole, who can earn money by accomplishing several assignments. The Mole is there for making the assignments fail and keep the amount of money earned as low as possible. The other candidates do not know who is the Mole, and need to unmask him or her. Every 2 days, one candidate leaves the programme, the one who knows the least about the identity of the Mole. The winner gets the earned money.
