Creator/Artist Greg Mannino and writer Mark Masterson first met at the San Diego Comic Con. [http://www.jazmaonline.com/interviews/interviews.asp?intID=179] In the meantime, Anna Warren Boersig was looking for projects to produce and contacted her former college classmate Masterson. Masterson and Mannino proposed the idea for "Dorothy" to Warren Boersig and together they formed Illusive Productions [http://www.brokenfrontier.com/lowdown/details.php?id=781 Broken Frontier | The Portal for Quality Comics Coverage! ] ] .
