James Nix (Green party)

James Nix was a Green Party candidate for Limerick West, Ireland, in the 2007 Dáil election. A qualified barrister, Mr Nix co-authored (with Frank McDonald) Chaos at the Crossroads.

Mr Nix was born and educated in Limerick and worked with leading company Treasury Holdings before standing in Limerick West. He has written for the Irish Times and Irish Examiner newspapers on transport, planning and the environment. He will be standing as a candidate in Limerick in the local authority elections of 2009.
