John Edward Kelly (general)

Lieutenant General John Edward Kelly (July 10 1911 – March 2 1995) was an officer in the United States Army born in Washington D.C..

Lt General Kelly was buried with full military honors in Section 5 of Arlington National Cemetery.

His son, Captain John Edward Kelly, Jr. United States Army, was a 1967 graduate of the United States Military Academy and was killed in action in Vietnam in 1969.
