Holmesglen is a railway station in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia, located in the suburb of Malvern East, on the Glen Waverley railway line. Holmesglen is classed as a Host Station and is in Metcard Zones 1+2 overlap.

Facilities

The station is located at the eastern end of the Warrigal Road rail overpass, which provides station access.

The station consists of two platforms, in an island format. The island platform has a large weatherboard building. A large Metcard machine is located at the entrance to the platforms, which is able to dispense most ticketing options available and also accept notes and coins. An underpass is situated at the Glen Waverley end of the station.

Holmesglen Institute of TAFE is adjacent to the station.

History
