Joshua Wayne Rabe (born October 15, 1978 in Quincy, Illinois) is a former Major League Baseball outfielder with the Minnesota Twins. He made his major league debut for the Twins on July 17, by|2006 at the Metrodome.

Rabe attended Unity High School in Mendon, Illinois. He played college baseball at Quincy University, a Division II member of the Great Lakes Valley Conference. He made the by|2002 Florida State League Western division All-Star team playing for the Fort Myers Miracle.

Rabe made his Major League Debut July 17, 2006, as a pinch runner for Jason Bartlett in the 8th inning. Rabe recorded his first Major League hit on July 18, 2006, against the Tampa Bay Devil Rays. Rabe recorded a 3-hit game July 27, 2006, against the Chicago White Sox, going 3-for-5 with three singles and hit his first Major League home run on July 29, 2006.

Rabe was outrighted to the minor leagues on October 5, by|2007. Refusing the assignment, he opted for free agency. Rabe signed with the Camden Riversharks of the independent Atlantic League on March 31, by|2008. He announced his retirement on June 24, 2008.

While with the Rochester Red Wings, he volunteered his time to work at a clinic at Penfield Little League.
