Fred Page Cup history

The Fred Page Cup is the Eastern Canadian ice hockey championship for the Canadian Junior A Hockey League. The tournament is a round robin and championship playdown between a predetermined host and a champion from each of the Central Junior A Hockey League, Quebec Junior AAA Hockey League, and Maritime Junior A Hockey League.
