Matriarch (Lyrinx Title)

Matriarch or Wise Mother is a lyrinx title, denoted to few lyrinx females.

There are six Matriarchs, one for each city, each having power over their province and making up a leadership council. Though Matriarch Gyrull is pre-eminent among them when a supreme leader is needed.

Known Matriarchs include:

*Gyrull, Matriarch of the lyrinx cities of Snizort and Oellyll,pre-eminent among the Matriarchs as a supreme leader.
*Coeland, Matriarch of Kalissin
*Besant, Matriarch of a clan at Kalissin
*Cordione, Matriarch of a clan of lyrinx near Tirthrax
