"The Star Called The Sun" ( _ru. Звезда По Имени Солнце) is an album of the Russian rock group Kino, released in 1989. It is notable for its mostly personal struggle-oriented lyrics and thoughtful, sad, lonely or sometimes sinister atmosphere. The cover art, depending on one's perception, depicts either an obscured star, or something resembling a bullet-hole.

Trivia

The album cover did not exist until the album was re-released in 1996.
