David Lionel de Rothschild

David Lionel de Rothschild (born November 28, 1955) is an English horticulturist, writer and photographer who is a member of the Rothschild banking family of England. The second son of the four children of Edmund Leopold de Rothschild (born 1916) and Elizabeth Edith Lentner (1923-1980), he is a twin of Charlotte Henriette.

Rothschild is director of the charitable trust that oversees Exbury Gardens. He co-authored the book, "The Rothschild Gardens" with cousin Miriam Louisa Rothschild and leading garden photographer Andrew Lawson.

David Lionel Rothschild is no longer married.He has three children; Elizabeth Naomi de Rothschild, Leopold James de Rothschild, and Amschel Nathaniel de Rothschild.
