Moelva River

Moelva is a river in Ringsaker municipality in Hedmark county, Norway.

The river begins as the discharge from lake Næra's southeast end, running southwesterly and joining lake Mjøsa in the vicinity of the farm named Mo. The river has given its name to the village Moelv at the outlet to the Mjøsa. The Moelva is 12–18 m. in breadth, and provides sufficient flow to have industrial value.
