UEFA Cup Winners' Cup 1978–79

The season 1978-79 of the European UEFA Cup Winners' Cup was won by FC Barcelona in an exciting final in Basle against Fortuna Düsseldorf. It was the first of four occasions that the Catalan club won the tournament.
