The QP digraph unicode|ȹ is a ligature of Latin "p" and "q", and is used in some phonetic transcription systems, particularly for African languages, to represent a voiceless labiodental plosive, IPA2|p̪. Unicode|ȹ was added to Unicode 4.1 in 2005, as U+0239 LATIN SMALL LETTER QP DIGRAPH. As of 2006, only handful of fonts can display the character. These include Charis SIL, Code2000, Doulos SIL and DejaVu fonts.
