Anastase Dragomir

Anastase Dragomir (1896-1966) was a distinguished Romanian inventor, most famous for his patent of the "parachuted cell", a dischargeable chair from an aircraft or other vehicle, designed for emergency escapes (France brevet nr. 675566/1930). Today, it is better known as the ejection seat.
