Interstate 470 (abbreviated I-470) is a 10.63 mile loop highway that bypasses downtown Wheeling, West Virginia. The western terminus is Interstate 70 near Blaine, Ohio, east of St. Clairsville, while the eastern terminus is I-70 in the Wheeling neighborhood of Elm Grove. There are junctions with Ohio Route 7 and West Virginia Route 2 on either side of the Ohio River, which is crossed by the Vietnam Veterans Memorial Bridge. The portion of I-470 in West Virginia was recently designated the U.S.S. West Virginia Memorial Highway. It is the only 3-digit Interstate in West Virginia.

I-470 also serves as a thru-truck route for trucks carring hazardous materials, allowing trucks to avoid the Wheeling Tunnel on I-70.
