Donald Edward Lane (June 10, 1909 - May 30, 1979) was a judge of the United States Court of Customs and Patent Appeals.

He was in private practice in Washington, D.C. from 1935 to 1941, and from 1945 to 1954, the gap arising from his service as a U.S. Naval Reserve Commander in World War II.
