- Annie Saumont
Annie Saumont (1927 - ) is a French short story writer and English to French translator.
Saumont started as a specialist in English literature and an English to French translator. She has translated books by
V.S. Naipaul ,Nadine Gordimer andJohn Fowles among others.Saumont is best known for her short stories, however. She has been writing short stories for twenty years and now has some 200 to her name.
