Ithaca Jr./Sr. High School is a public high school located in Ithaca, Michigan in central Gratiot County. It is part of the Ithaca Public Schools system and is a member of the Tri-Valley West Athletic Conference.

Academics

Ithaca High School is accredited by the North Central Accreditation. They strive to become an academically rigorous educational setting, while continuing to offer a variety of relevant elective courses and extracurricular opportunities. They endeavor to create a meaningful relationship with every student that rewards excellence, stresses self-discipline and creates high expectations.

Paul Hornak is the athletic director. Ithaca was a member of the Central State Athletic Association before moving to the Tri-Valley West Athletic Conference in the 2006 season.
