Grace Stafford Lantz (November 7, 1903 – March 17 1992), was an American actress, the wife of animation producer Walter Lantz. She was usually professionally billed under her maiden name.

Stafford is best known for providing the voice of Lantz's most famous character, Woody Woodpecker, from 1950 until 1990. It was not until 1958, with the cartoon "Misguided Missile", that she received credit as the voice of the cartoon character however, as Stafford believed that children would be disillusioned if they knew Woody was voiced by a woman.

Despite the appearance of nepotism, Walter Lantz insisted to interviewers that his wife had submitted her audition tape for the role anonymously, and was cast before he realized who she was.

In addition she also played small parts in films such as "Margie" and "Doc Savage" throughout her life. She died in 1992 at the age of 88, from cancer in Los Angeles.
