Andreolepididae is an extinct monogeneric family of the order Actinopterygii. The genus is "Andreolepis".

There are two known species of this genus, "A. hedei" and "A. petri". "A. hedei" has proven so far to be the earliest-known Actinopterygiian, living around 420 million years ago. Both species inhabited Russia, and "A. hedei" fossils have also been uncovered in Sweden, Estonia, and Latvia.
