Paul Venables is an actor who has appeared extensively in film, television and theatre.

Early life

Paul Venables grew up in Devon and then trained as an actor at the Central School of Speech and Drama. His break through role was as Jamie Callender in the BBC TV series May to December. He has since been a regular face on television playing guest leads in the UK and America.His theatre credits include numerous roles for the Royal Shakespeare Company and in the West End.

Career

He is probably best known as Jamie Callender in May to December.Additionally, he has had television roles in Wycliffe, Blue Murder, Revelations, Silent Witness, and Lewis.He has played leading roles for the Royal Shakespeare Company as well as in the West End.
