2008-II Copa Mustang

The 2008 Copa Mustang - II is the second tournament of the season. This time, it will have the definition of the teams that are getting relegated and the teams that are being promoted to the next season of 2009. The teams sponsors will remain the same for this second tournament until the end of the year. The tournament will have the same teams that participated in the first tournamernt of the year. This time there will be a new standings chart showing the best team overall for the whole year including the points from the last tournament, and it will be then used, to later decide who will get promoted to the Second Division.

Overall Standings

Besides the Opening and Closing champions, the team with the best overall points earned will advance to the Preliminary Round of Copa Libertadores 2009. Also, the team with the second best overall points will advance to Copa Sudamericana 2009, alongside with the Copa Colombia 2008 champions. Teams in bold are currently playing in Copa Colombia 2008, along with Expreso Rojo, which participates in Primera B, Colombia's Second Division.
