Walter Haggas

Walter Haggas

Walter Haggas (April 1, 1881 — November 14, 1959) was an English cricketer. He was a wicket-keeper who played first-class cricket for Lancashire. He was born in Werneth and died in Macclesfield.

Haggas made two first-class appearances for the side, within a week of each other in May 1903. Neither match saw him particularly excel with either bat or ball, with him taking no more than a single wicket in any innings in which he bowled.

Haggas was a tailend batsman. His father, Stell appeared for Yorkshire and Lancashire during his first-class career.
