Startaffinity

Startaffinity is an executable designed by Adsci for Windows Xp and earlier that sets processes (with user permission control) to be switched to a core of your choosing upon start up. It can be used to switch a CPU intensive process to a separate core of its own, increasing the speed, or to manage/run programs that are not multi-threaded better.

The related Shoveaffinity forces process to be switched to a particular core. It is designed for multi-core users who want a quick way to move all small processes to one core, and then use the second for a CPU intensive process.
