Mr. Jelly and the Pirates is a special-edition book part of the Mr. Men series of books, by Roger Hargreaves.
Story
Mr. Jelly takes a vacation in Seatown. Mr. Lazy suggests that he should go for a swim, but Mr. Jelly's to afraid. Mr. Lazy says he'll hold on to a rope, that will keep Mr. Jelly from floating away. Mr. Lazy, then falls asleep, and Mr. Jelly floats away, and lands on a little island. Pirates discover him and make him as their cabin boy. Pirates order, him to do something, but Mr. Jelly doesn't, because he worries that something bad will happen to him, and faints. Then all the Pirates worry like Mr. Jelly and the Captain makes him walk a plank. The Pirates, apart the captain, say that they agree to Mr. Jelly's fear of walking the plank. The captain then gives up and tells the pirates that they can go free. When Mr. Jelly arrives back on land, he is very angry at Mr. Lazy.
