Carlos Rosa Mayi (born September 21, 1984 in San Francisco de Macoris, Dominican Republic) is a Major League Baseball pitcher for the Kansas City Royals. He made his debut against the Arizona Diamondbacks on June 14, mlby|2008. He also got his first strikeout on that day.

Rosa began the by|2008 season in Double-A with the Northwest Arkansas Naturals, where he led the Texas League in ERA and WHIP. He was promoted to Triple-A Omaha in May.
