Prior to the 2008/09 season he signed withStjernen in the Norwegian GET-league, after having played two season withIK Comet . In 2008 he backstopped the IK Comet to the semifinals for the first time in franchise history.He has also been the starting goaltender for Team Norway at the IIHF World Championships.
