The Dr. Charles Cotton House is historic house at 72 Washington Street in Newport, Rhode Island. It is also known as the Sanford (Milton H.) House, Villa Edna, and Villa Marina.

The original portion of the house was built in the mid-nineteenth century. The site was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1979 as building #72000027.
