History

In November 2003, Healthspan Leisure (a subsidiary of the Healthspan Group) purchased La Favorita Hotel and in February 2004 purchased the adjacent property: the former Fermain Hotel [ [http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/world/europe/guernsey/3263911.stm BBC NEWS | World | Europe | Guernsey | Hotels set for revamp ] ] . Following total refurbishment of both hotels, linked by garden design and planting, the Fermain Valley Hotel opened to guests in June 2006.
