The project will cost an estimated JD 5 Million. Improvements such as more sidewalk space, movie theaters, road signs, and cobble stones will be part of the project. Rainbow Street is the location of numerous companies and shops, among them the Center for Studies on the Built Environment and the headquarters of theJordan River Foundation . The street is named after Rainbow Cinema near the intersection with the 1st Circle.
