University of Chicago geochemistry and received his Ph.D for work on carbon isotop dating withHarold C. Urey in 1951.Craig developed new methodes in radiocarbon dating and used the radioisotop and isotop distribution for varius questions in marine-, geo- and cosmochemistry.
