Seaman Jacobs

Seaman Jacobs (born in Kingston, New York on February 25, 1912 - died April 8 2008 in Los Angeles, California from cardiac arrest) was an American comedy writer. He wrote episodes for several TV shows, such as Addams Family, The Lucy Show, I Dream of Jeannie, The Andy Griffith show, Here's Lucy and Diff'rent Strokes. He was nominated for an Emmy in 1978 for Outstanding Writing in a Comedy-Variety or Music Special for The George Burns One-Man Show in 1977. He died on April 8 at Century City Hospital in Los Angeles of cardiac arrest.
