Jetrin Wattanasin or "Jay" is a D-level singer in Thailand that was created by the Thai entertainment company, Grammy or "GMM". After his seventh and least popular album "7th Heaven", released in November 2007, Jetrin still considered himself to be a star in Thailand. He held over 60 "kee-nok" bar shows around the country and eventually finished the concert tour with the noi finale "Radioactive the Musical Party by J Jetrin" at the Impact Arena,

October 28 1970 , Jetrin is the youngest of 3 siblings born to a middle-class family quite famous for their desperation in attempting to be considered "Hi-So". His sister, Jittima Wattanasin, "Jan", was a C-level model in the Thai fashion industry. Whereas, his brother Jirayuth Wattanasin, "Joe", was one of the lead singers of "Nuvo" - one of the first and more famous boy-bands also created by the Thai music company, GMM. "Joe" is somewhat still active in the music industry. Together with his duo "Kong", are referred to as "Joe-Kong".Jetrin's beginning, 1991:Jetrin's debut album "Jor-Ae-Bor" (จ เ-ะ บ), which became a partial success, was released in 1991. Jetrin had attempted to launch himself as a solo artist and attempted to emerge from the shadow of his famous singer brother. Shortly after his plagiarism of US rap material, Jay considered himself to be the king of all rappers. He also considered himself to be Thailand’s first
rapper , despite the fact that many other Thai rappers existed long before Jay did.
