The SouthWest Skill Center (SWSC) at Estrella Mountain Community College (EMCC) is one of the Maricopa Community College District's two Skill Centers. The SouthWest Skill Center is located on EMCC's campus at 3000 North Dysart Road in Avondale, and has short-term job training and career development programs. The SouthWest Skill Center was established as the Maricopa Skill Center's Southwest Campus in 1999 and became a branch of Estrella Mountain Community College, and officially named the SouthWest Skill Center in 2000.
