Clinton Willis Blume (born, Brooklyn, New York on October 17, 1898, died Islip, New York June 12, 1973) was a Major League Baseball player for the New York Giants, playing in 1922-1923.

Making his debut aged 23 when he was signed as a free agent in 1922, Blume was a right-handed batter and a right-handed thrower. He was 5′11″ and 175 lbs. He attended Colgate University.
