BAILA Society (BASo)

BAILA Society (BASo) is a professional salsa dance company based in New York City and directed by Daniel Enskat and Ahtoy WonPat-Borja. Dancing salsa "On 2, New York Style", BASo performs salsa choreographies worldwide, offers live classes in New York City, and operates one of the largest online salsa instructional databases in the world.

BASo was created in 2006 with the objective of bringing the dance, music, and art of salsa to a sophisticated audience worldwide. BASo has also offered its services to various charitable and philanthropic organizations, such as by performing a salsa choreography at a fundraising event for the National Institute for People with Disabilities Network (YAI) in New York City on May 1, 2008.
