Jamia Osmania is a suburb of Hyderabad, India.

Commercial area

The shopping centers in Jamia Osmania are very good. There is choice for everyone like Foodworld etc. Osmania Garden Function hall is main social place of this area.

Transport

Jamia Osmania is well-connected by the state-run bus service APSRTC.

There is a MMTS Train station in this suburb.

It is silent place in between the hustle bustle of the city. Osmania Garden Function hall is situated right opposite MMTS Railway Station.

This are is surrounded by osmania university on south, Warsiguda, Ramnagar, Adikmet. This is mainly a residential area with Middle Class base here. It has residences of famous personalities like Mohammed Iqbal (event Manager).

It has two auto stands, but the autos are not very friendly.
