E12). ] (The Seattle Times, Sunday, January, 25, 1981, p. E12). She also had a show at the Cheney Cowles Memorial Museum, in Spokane Washington from December 13, 1973 from January 13, 1974. Her work can be seen in exhibitions and Museums across the Pacific Northwest.

Kathleen Gemberling Adkison's, work is reminiscent of Jackson Pollock, she also places her canvas on the floor. However, her focus is based on the natural beauty of rocks, trees, tall grasses and other images she perceives from her hikes with her husband.
