"Tom Phillips" is an American multi-instrumentalist most notable for his role as the frontman of the band While Heaven Wept, a band that is known for its constantly changing line-up. Interviewers to this day continue to ask Phillips for a full history of the band's line-up changes, something that he hasn't revealed yet.
