Ibanez Soundgear Bass

Only a handful of bass guitars have reached such a level to be considered iconic. The Ibanez Soundgear Bass, though introduced relatively late to the game has arguably reached that level.
Ibanez introduced the original Soundgear Bass (or SR Series) in 1987 and has since been expanded to include multiple models. The four-string models have a narrow, thin radius neck that make them very fast and easy to play. There are also five and six-string versions of many models. The body style has also spawned variants such as the SR Prestige Series, the SRX Series, the GSR Series and the Jumpstart Series.
